The file folder, smith_angela, opens but no case files appear to be in the folder.
Because you are accessing your file folders from the Internet, Windows defaults to displaying only HTML files. Note the Files of type window showing HTML Files. To see all of the files in this folder,

on the Files of type down
arrow.
