WAIVER
OF RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY
Defendant,
Angela Smith, hereby waives her right to a jury trial
in the above-captioned case. Defendant and the government
have reached a plea agreement in this matter, which is
outlined in a separate document filed this day with the
court and signed by the defendant, defendants counsel,
and counsel for the government.

Defendant Angela Smith realizes she has a right to a trial
by a jury of her peers on each and every count of the
indictment charging her with distribution of cocaine in
violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1).
This right is guaranteed her by the Sixth Amendment to
the U.S. Constitution and Federal Rule of Evidence 23(a).

Defendant Smith knowingly, intentionally, and voluntarily
waives her right to a jury trial, as indicated by her
signature at the end of this document.
3.
Defendant Smith has agreed to plead guilty to count 1
(one) of the indictment filed against her, charging her
with possession with intent to distribute cocaine (in
the amount of 540 grams).
